Shipping Policy

Fried Ocean products are printed on demand. This means your order is made specifically for you after you place it. We think that's poetic. You may not.

Production time: 3–5 business days before your order ships. This is not negotiable with us. We have no control over it.

Shipping time after production:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Total time from order to delivery:

Expect 1–2 weeks for US orders under normal circumstances. International orders can take up to 4 weeks. Plan accordingly.

Tracking:

Most orders include tracking information sent to your email when your order ships. Tracking availability varies by product and fulfillment partner. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, check your spam folder then contact us and we'll look into it.

Lost or damaged orders:

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us and we will make it right. We take this seriously even if we don't take much else seriously.

Wrong address:

We ship to the address you provide. If you enter the wrong address that is on you. Contact us immediately if you catch it before the order ships and we will do our best to fix it.
