Return & Refund Policy
Every Fried Ocean product is printed on demand specifically for you. This means your order goes into production shortly after it is placed. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color preferences, or change of mind.
We encourage you to review the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@friedocean.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. We do not require you to return the original item.
Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee cancellation. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at hello@friedocean.com and we will do our best to stop the order before production begins. We cannot guarantee this will be possible.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for sizing or buyer's remorse. If a refund is approved for a defective or incorrect item, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@friedocean.com.
European Union orders
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact us at hello@friedocean.com to initiate. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
